Supporting Youth Employment Through Canada Summer Jobs Partnership

Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch is proud of its long-standing partnership with federal youth-employment programs, helping to create meaningful work opportunities for young people across Saskatchewan.

ENYR has repeatedly received Canada Summer Jobs funding from Employment and Social Development Canada. This includes a 2019 wage subsidy that supported a Saskatoon-based youth position, enabling a young person to gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our mission.

Opening Doors for Young Workers

The Canada Summer Jobs program provides vital wage subsidies that help nonprofits like ours hire students and young people during the summer months. These positions offer more than a paycheque — they provide mentorship, skill-building, and a first professional step for the next generation of caregivers and community workers.

Investing in the Future of Our Communities

Our ongoing relationship with federal youth-employment programs reflects our belief in investing in young people — both those in our care and those who join our team to make a difference. We're grateful for the support that makes these opportunities possible.

We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating even more opportunities for Saskatchewan's youth in the years to come.
